What information we collect
We only collect information that you choose to submit to us, through the Naali quote/enquiry form on this site. This can include your name, business or organisation, work email address, country, product interest, quantity or estimated volume, a description of your application or use case, your desired delivery timing, and any optional technical details you decide to add, such as load, charging equipment, ambient temperature range, communications requirements, space or connector constraints, parallel capacity needs, certification or procurement requirements, and free-text project notes.
No tracking on this page. This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The quote form does not submit data to a server or database on this website: when you press "Request a quote," your browser opens a pre-filled email addressed to adam@akkutalo.fi using your own email application, and nothing is stored on the website itself. The information exists only in the email you choose to send.
Why we process this information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and prepare a quotation. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and, where an enquiry leads toward an order, the steps you request prior to entering into a contract with us.
How long we keep it
Once you send your enquiry by email, it is kept as part of our normal business correspondence only for as long as needed to manage the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and to meet applicable Finnish accounting and record-keeping obligations. We do not keep enquiry data for longer than is necessary for these purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We only share it with parties who need it to help fulfil your enquiry (for example, a colleague handling technical or delivery questions), or where we are required to do so by law.
Your rights
